Ever wish you could have your cake and drink it too? Now you can! Buttery Vanilla Syrup 3 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tbsp Brown sugar 1/4 cup Water 3/4 tsp. Vanilla 1-1 1/2 Tbsp Butter 1/8 tsp. Almond extract (optional) Combine the sugars and water and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Add the vanilla and cook for another minute or two, until the sugars are fully dissolved and the syrup starts to reduce. Stir in the butter and remove from heat, then stir in the almond extract. Whipped Cream 1/2 cup Heavy cream 1/2 tsp. Vanilla 2 tsp. Sugar Combine all ingredients and beat until stiff peaks form. Birthday Cake Latte Double shot of Espresso, or 1/3 cup strong Coffee 1/4 cup Milk Ice 2 tsp. Buttery vanilla syrup 2 squares White chocolate Sprinkles Whipped cream Melt 1 square of chocolate in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Use it to coat the rim of your cup and dip into sprinkles. Set the cup aside and upside down for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to re-harden. Place the remaining chocolate into another cup and brew your espresso over it. If using regular coffee, pour over the chocolate while still hot. Stir well to dissolve the chocolate and distribute the flavor. Pour the milk into the decorated mug and add the syrup.
