PUPPET GANON Difficulty: 6/10 Items Needed: Boomerang, Light Arrows Collectibles: 1 1. Light Arrows In this part, we continue our way through Ganon's Tower. After climbing a set of stairs, we enter a blue lit room. We enter the doorway on the right and are taught a pattern from four lit torches and also learn a hint about sword hilts. Next we cross back through the blue room, and enter the left side door before hitting the 4 switches with the pattern. This causes a portal to open and the King of Red Lions allows us to return to the land above inside of the Forsaken Fortress just in case we need supplies. Once we're ready, we return to the torch room, and jump down into the hole. Here we face off with Phantom Ganon once again. He only has three attacks which are to either, surround us and attack all at once with copies, play classic death tennis like usual, or store up power in multiple purple orbs and send them all at us at once. Once we hit him, he disappears but his sword drops to the ground. (The hilt of his sword will always point to the correct door) Once we move to the next room we repeat the entire fight, plus following the hilt to another room multiple times until we are finally locked inside a room. Here we attack Phantom Ganon like usual but are rewarded with the Light Arrows before escaping the maze of rooms. Once we escape, we arrive back in the blue lit room and must fight Phantom Ganon again, however we instead shoot him with a Light Arrow to destroy him once and for all. The next part is tricky because there is no hint telling us to do so, but we pick up Phantom Ganon's sword and throw it at the image of Ganon to carve a new way. Here we climb up a long set of stairs and enter the next room to fight Puppet Ganon. The arena is a simple room with no gimmicks. Phantom Ganon's Attacks: Phantom Ganon will throw punches across the room with its stubby hand and will also swirl around in circles. We may also be attacked by a flock of Keese as well. Strategy: When the fight starts, we do our best to use the Boomerang to cut the string holding up Phantom Ganon's Orb-like tail, before shooting it with a Light Arrow to damage it. We must repeat this three times to defeat it. (It is not easy to be accurate with Light Arrow shots, and Puppet Ganon will re-string itself if we get too cut crazy.) PUPPET GANON (Spider) Difficulty: 3/10 Items Needed: Light Arrows The arena is the same room as before. Puppet Ganon's (Spider) Attacks: This new spider form will raise high up into the room and try to drop down on top of us. Strategy: This fight is simple, we only need to watch the water's reflection on the floor to see Puppet Ganon spinning around. After a while he'll stop and try to drop on us. We get out of the way, making sure to run over to the orb-like tail and shoot it with a Light Arrow. We repeat this three times like last time. PUPPET GANON (Moldorm) Difficulty: 7/10 Items Needed: Light Arrows The arena is the same room as before. Puppet Ganon's (Moldorm) Attacks: Puppet Ganon will berserkly dash all around the room in a random pattern trying to ram us. Strategy: This fight is tough. All we can do is try to shoot the orb-like tail three times once again, but we cant get clear shots with our Light Arrows. The best advice is to try to "Lead the Target" meaning try to shoot where you think the orb will be in the next moment and hope for the best. Once we defeat Puppet Ganon we climb up its remaining string and get ready for the final battle.
