This is a budget competitive deck tech on Niv Mizzet. I think my build has some interesting tech that uses layered win lines and combos that aren't usually seen in the same decks. We are, of course, using the standard one card win cons for Niv but there are other A+B's and ways to use Niv that most decks don't take advantage of.
