Hey there, community! Welcome back! This video covers the Double Garrador boss fight in Chapter 10 of Resident Evil 4 Remake, with Bolt Thrower Only. As far as I know, I’m the first and only person on YouTube to tackle it this way. I approached this challenge with three distinct rule sets: Rule Set 1: Bolt Thrower + attachable mines + flash grenades. Rule Set 2: Bolt Thrower + attachable mines, NO flash grenades. Rule Set 3: Bolt Thrower WITHOUT attachable mines, NO flash grenades. In each rule set, I allowed myself to use melee attacks like low kicks, back kicks, roundhouse kicks, and neck strikes with the knife, as these are part of a regular finishing move. A few words about the layout of the fight: When you enter the boss fight, you’ll initially see three Cultists in your line of sight. In the background, you can already see the two Garradors chained to the wall. Now it's important to stay calm. With the Bolt Thrower ready, start taking out the first Cultists right away. More will soon follow. Contrary to a common belief, the Cultists do not spawn endlessly. Exactly 17 Cultists will spawn during this fight unless you kill the Garradors earlier. While dealing with the Cultists, you can run, perform melee attacks, and parry with the knife. None of this will trigger the Garradors. You just need to be careful not to get too close to the Garradors. There’s an invisible line at about halfway down the benches. If you cross that line, the twins will definitely break free. The Double Garrador Boss Fight is designed so that you can use a maximum of two flash grenades before triggering the Garradors, and there’s a specific reason for this: at one point, two shielded Cultists spawn, and at another, two Cultists mutate into a Plaga Guadana/Mandibula. In both cases, the use of flash grenades is ideal as it will stagger or kill the enemies. The plan is to use a flash grenade to stagger the two Cultists with shields. Then you can slam them to the ground with a melee attack, causing the shields to break or be left on the ground, or you can finish off the Cultists with the knife right away. Of course, you could also shoot the shields with bolts, but that takes time, during which more Cultists can spawn and surround you. As for the two Plagas, you could skip using a flash grenade by either preventing the mutation altogether or shooting the parasites directly, but this also takes a lot of time. If you watch closely, you can spot which downed Cultist is about to transform into a Plaga Guadana/Mandibula, but you’d need to be right up close to quickly stab or shoot them. Once the Zealots are out of the way, you can calmly focus on the Garradors. From that point on, it’s just a walk in the park. I hope you enjoy watching this unique challenge series!
