RUST REPAIR 67 72 F100 DOORS

In this one I check out two Ford F100 doors and see what it'll take to repair the rust. These are two 67-72 bump side doors for a buddy of mine that go on his dad's old truck that he's had for around 30 years. He's trying to fix it up a little and get it ready for paint, but the old ride has a few rust issues that have to be addressed before he can paint it. I've already repaired the hood, which I did in a few videos back if you want to see what I did to that. I'll have some floors to patch and I know there is a small spot on the roof that needs to be fixed also, but I'll get to that a little later. First assessment of the doors did not reveal all the issues as usual. I got the wire wheel and grinder after them to see just how bad the doors were and as always, there was much more rust in both doors than you could see upon the initial inspection. I lay out how I wanted to fabricate and repair the rust in the doors and get to fixing. I did one door on video, and the other door off camera because I didn't want to do the same repairs on camera twice. I go through making templates and fabricating the patch parts and getting it all welded in. I hope you enjoy the video.
