This is Frenchfort Level Crossing in Galway. This crossing is on a small country lane and was an AOCL back in 2009 which you can see right here https://www.google.ie/maps/@53.281101.... Oranbeg which is right beside it was also AOCL in 2009. I think the crossings were upgraded to MCB-CCTV later that year as there looked like there were works going on. Wexford Bridge is an AOCL and will probably never get barriers as it's right beside the road and there's no room for barriers but it's its own kind of crossing really. The train was the 11:00 service from Galway to Dublin Heuston.
