I live in Ohio and have grow lights and a warming tray in my sewing room. I plan to use them to start lantana flower seeds this winter.. Decided I wanted to try hydroponics. These are great for starting seeds and even when the plants begin to grow. If you are going to be using on plants already growing then I would recommend bigger ones.. These cubes make transplantation easy. With the combined use of root gell, clones root easily and have a high success rate. Seems to work almost better than starting them in just soil. Which is weird to me, but it works! Happy the purchase and the price. Thank you.. I use for hydroponic seedlings and it got the job done. Seems like it separatd kinda fast but that not a problem. Performs as advertised. Should have ordered 2 packages.. I have paid many times more for rockwool cubes just like this. These work great in my tower garden.. This is my first time taking clones from a MOther plant. I took 6 cuttings and dipped them in clone-x I was hoping 1 would survive. All 6 made it.. These are good quality cubes. I’ve used them for a variety of hydroponic plants and they have held up very well. They have also allowed for convenient transplantation of my seedlings. The only problem is the small size of the sheet, but I don’t use these enough for that to be a major issue.. These got all my girls in hydro going! Use as directed and even without root gel or something similar, all of my clones and seeds took to this rock wool
