Cocoa powder 1 cup Hot water 1 tbsp. Sugar Cashews and almonds as preferred 2 cups Milk Chocolate Method:- In a pan heat ghee and lightly roast semolina in it. Add cocoa powder and hot water to this mixture and stir. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat. Now add sugar, cashews, almonds, milk chocolate and mix thoroughly until the chocolate melts. Keep stirring until the mixture thickens and then transfer it to a bowl and let it cool down to room temperature. Make modaks of the mixture using moulds.
