Day 2 of London–Edinburgh–London turned into a real battle with the weather. I set off towards Hessle in rain and heavy winds, before pushing on to Malton where the storm really showed its force—at times my bike almost blew uphill backwards! After 70 tough kilometers, we learned the ride was officially cancelled due to Storm Flores. In this video, I share the struggle, the waiting, and my thoughts on the difficult decision to stop the event. Was it the right call?
