OO gauge Model Railway - SKEW BRIDGE - Arrivals & Departures A much slower paced video than my usual offerings. From the very outset my OO gauge model railway 'Skew Bridge' was constructed based around the transportation of coal by rail with MGR wagons at its very centre. A large part of the coal business involved the frequent arrivals and departures of coal trains from railway sidings and stabling yards and this often meant trains being propelled into or out of certain yards. This video shows an empty MGR set leaving Skew Bridge sidings (it's actually destined to be weathered shortly) while one empty and one loaded set are then slowly propelled into the sidings. I've attempted to create as little delay between movements as possible for optimum viewing pleasure but I think it's interesting to watch because in the 'days of coal' these types of movements were frequent occurrences in much larger yards than I have available here at Skew Bridge.
