In rate equations, the mathematical relationship between rate of reaction and concentration gives information about the mechanism of a reaction that may occur in several steps. In this tutorial we will introduce the Arrhenius Equation. by the end of this video you will be able to: 1. Perform calculations using the equation k = Ae–Ea/RT; 2. Understand that the equation k = Ae–Ea/RT can be rearranged into the form ln k = –Ea /RT + ln A; and 3. know how to use this rearranged equation with experimental data to plot a straight line graph with slope –Ea/R. *EXAM TIP: All of these equations will be provided for you when you write the A-Level exam—either on the data sheet or in the question.Being able to rearrange it is KEY! This is for all A-Level Chemistry AQA, OCR & Edexcel Students. #ArrheniusEquation #Mathematics #RateEquation #Kinetics #alevelchemistry #alevelchemistryAQA #alevelchemistryOCR #alevelchemistryEDEXCEL #alevelchemistrypastpaper #alevelchemistryrevision #alevelchemistrynotes #ASchemistry #OCR #EDEXCEL #OCR #chemistrypaper1 #chemistrypaper2 #chemistrypaper3 ______________________________________ This video is from The Ultimate Guide To A-Level Cemistry - a super condensed, exam focused revision course that covers all of the new AQA, OCR, and Edexcel specifications: http://tailoredtutors.co.uk Improve a grade GUARANTEED in A-Level Biology, Chemistry, or Maths by using our revision materials. ______________________________________ Facebook: https://fb.me/tailoredtutors Reviews: / reviews Instagram: https://instagr.am/tailoredtutors Email us if you have any questions or suggestions! office@tailoredtutors.co.uk
