In this tutorial, I go through the steps of setting up Lakka on the Raspberry Pi. It's pretty straightforward and excellent way to play some classic video games. Tutorial: https://pimylifeup.com/raspberry-pi-l... Ultimate Books of Pi: https://pimylifeup.com/ultimate-book-... Lakka is built on top of LibreElec and is considered to be lightweight. It runs the Retroarch software so you can use it to play some classic video games. This software supports up to 40 different consoles and is open-source. It has also been designed to be user-friendly as possible. The process of getting to play some games is as simple as possible. If you're looking for an excellent alternative to RetroPie than Lakka is your answer. Of course, you could argue all day which one is better but it mainly just comes down to personal preference. Transferring ROMS to Lakka is a relatively straightforward process and can be done over the network. We touch on the process of doing this in the video. One great thing about using a software package such as Lakka is that it is fined tuned and ready to go. There is little additional setup required as all the hard work has already been done. I hope that this video has helped with setting up a Raspberry Pi Lakka gaming console. If you have any feedback, then please don't hesitate to leave a comment below.
