Atul Subhash suicide: Supreme Court Rules Son to Stay with Mother in Bengaluru | NewsX

In the Bengaluru techie suicide case, the Supreme Court has ruled that the four-year-old son of Atul Subhash, who tragically died by suicide in December 2024, will remain in the custody of his mother. Justices BV Nagarathna and SC Sharma delivered the verdict, denying custody to Atul's mother, Anju Devi, citing her as a "stranger to the child." The court had spoken to the child via video conferencing, following allegations from Atul's suicide note about harassment by his estranged wife and her family.
