Bake mouthwatering Biscoff cookie butter cookies with me! ♥ Biscoff Cookie Butter Cookie Ingredients: ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g) 1 cup brown sugar, packed (I used light) (213g) ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted (170g) 1 egg & 1 egg yolk, room temp. 1 tbsp vanilla extract 2 1/4 cup flour (315g) 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt ½ tsp cornstarch 1 tsp cinnamon 2 cups white chocolate chips (340g) 14 Biscoff biscuits, save 5 for creating crumbs to top the cookies 1 container Biscoff Cookie Butter This Biscoff cookie butter cookie dough makes approximately 18 dough balls. I used a 3 tbsp scoop. ♥bake at 375F (190C) for 8-10 minutes or until edges and top are golden brown ♥ENJOY Notes: -If you are short on time, this recipe does not need to chill. However, chilling does allow for flavor and texture to develop beautifully. This dough can be chilled for up to 48 hours. -Immediately after pulling your cookies out of the oven, create a crater for the cookie butter with the back of a spoon and push in a Biscoff biscuit. If you let the cookies cool before doing this, the biscuit will not push through easily and your cookie butter will not make a puddle.
