Today we're giving our take on TACO BELL'S AMAZING GRILLED CHEESE BURRITO! We're making it on the BLACKSTONE GRIDDLE! Box 365 Plymouth, FL 32768 GRILLED CHEESE BURRITOS Recipe & CoOOK 1 lb. Ground Beef 1 packet - Taco Bell Seasoning Shredded Cheese 1 Large Tomato - sliced Sour Cream Burrito Tortillas 2 Tbs. Vegetable Oil Tortilla strips Tostitos Queso Dip Turn griddle to med/low setting. Once griddle is hot, lay the oil down, followed by the ground beef. Cook until browse (approx. 4-5 minutes). Pour the Taco Bell seasoning into the ground beef. Pull the ground beef off the heat once the seasoning is mixed in (after 3-4 minutes). Place tortillas on the griddle for 30 seconds to a minute to warm. Once warmed, build the burrito - putting a layer of queso dip, ground beef, cheese, sour cream, Spanish rice and tomatoes. Fold in the sides and roll the burrito. Once ready, on a cleared area of the griddle, lay down some shredded cheese. Lay the burrito on top of the cheese and let it sit for approx. One minute (or until the cheese is melted on). Lay a second layer of cheese on the griddle, and flip the burrito on the backside into the second layer of cheese. Once melted into the burrito, pull and place on a plate for serving. Enjoy! Do you love food?
