During our most recent trip, we found the best thing to do in London with kids. It's a very kid friendly city and we found tons to do, but one place in particular, we returned multiple times. We always travel standby, which means majority of our planning is done last minute. Because we can't take advantage of advance offers, we always look for budget friendly ideas when we travel. If you're in search of budget tips when visiting London with kids, we found an awesome, free thing to do that's perfect for kids! Hype Park with kids is an awesome experience! Try picking up some cheeses and meats at a local market for a picnic in the park. Then head over to the Princess Diana Memorial Fountain to cool off. Kids can splash around until their heart's content. The first day, we just took off our shoes, but the second day we came prepared with the kiddo's swimming suit. If your kids still have energy, don't miss the Princess Diana Memorial Playground. It's near Kensington Gardens and Kensington Palace, so you can can take a stroll around there before finishing your day at Hyde Park. We spent a full day (and half another day) there.
