Today’s video contains a step by step guide on how to post jobs from your employers account. Assuming you already have created an employers account, lets proceed to the dashboard by logging in to your account. Your Dashboard comes with quick start tabs to facilitate you with the hiring process. Click the “Post Job” tab; a nice and detailed form loads that needs to be filled with all the information about the job ad. Put in the job title; for now I am posting a job titled “Creative Content Writer”. You can select the relevant department from the drop down or add a new department. By default the account owner is the hiring manager. But you can add multiple hiring managers. You will be required to add sub users before you do so. We will explore that later. Select the relevant job category, for my current requirements I select; information technology. Select the career level from drop down. Select the experience level of the desired candidate. Put in the number of vacancies open for this job.In the description box, fill in the requirements for the position. A good job description must contain details of the general tasks, or functions, and responsibilities of a position. In the job specification box, State the education, experience, training, and technical skills necessary for entry into this job. Put required qualification.Select the job type. Put an appropriate salary range that you are willing to offer to the selected candidate. Check the benefits your company offers to the employees. Select job location. You can add multiple locations as per your requirements. Select the last date of application.Select the on expiry option; I leave it to “keep the job active”. Activate or deactivate the email resume option as per your liking. On active, you will receive an email with the daily recruitment activity on your posted jobs. It looks like this and contains a summary about the number of people applied to your job, candidates shortlisted etc. Click “Post Job” and your position goes live. You can apply a variety of filters to receive only the relevant resumes that match your requirements. I am applying some as per my requirements. You can create a buzz by sharing your jobs on social media.I skip it for now. Now, your posted job shows in your dashboard.Click on the job title to review the job post. There are various actions provided on top of the page to modify your posting. Well, that’s it!
