Driving around in Century City in 2024 - Welcome to Heaven on Earth!

There is so much to do here in Century City and Canal Walk shopping center! Century City is a 250-ha suburb of Cape Town, South Africa. It is located along the very busy N1 speedway and is crisscrossed by numerous waterways and wetlands. The area is structured as a mixed-use development including, residential, retail and office buildings and entertainment. Right in the middle is the Canal Walk, one of Africa’s largest shopping malls at 141,000 m2. There is a very ultra-modern office park where Ratanga Junction theme park used to be. The famous theme park closed in May 2018 and so gone is the days of super fun and scary Cobra roller-coaster.
