#AtTheTable today: Chilli Olio Paneer with Herbed Rice Made with SmallBatch Verde Chilli Olio Italiano @smallbatchsauces @EmberCookware @bakesandbitesbymanjusha Chilli Olio Paneer with Herbed Rice Ingredients For the Paneer: • 200g paneer (cubed) • 2 tsp SmallBatch Chilli Olio Italiano (add more as per required consistency) • 1 tbsp chopped onions • 1 tbsp each red, yellow bell pepper and green capsicum • 1 tsp olive oil or butter • Salt & pepper to taste • chopped parsley • 1 tbsp wheat flour • 1 tbsp butter • 1/2 cup milk • water to adjust the consistency • SmallBatch Verde Chilli Olio Italiano sauce For Herbed Rice: • 1/2 tsp garlic roughly chopped • 1 cup cooked rice (preferably basmati or long-grain) • 1 tsp mixed Italian herbs • 1 tsp olive oil or butter • Salt, pepper and red chilli flakes to taste Method Chilli Olio Paneer 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. sauté all the vegetables and paneer. Keep it aside. 2. Heat butter, roast flour and add milk to form creamy consistency sauce. 4. Season with salt and peoper 5. Add vegetables and paneer 6. Add SmallBatch Verde Chilli Olio Italiano sauce and mix well 5. Adjust sauce consistency. 6. Serve with herbed rice Herbed Rice 1. In another pan, heat olive oil or butter. 2. Add garlic, sauté till cooked. 2. Add cooked rice, herbs, salt, and pepper. 3. add finely chopped parsley. 3. Toss on low heat for 2 mins until aromatic and well mixed. 4. Serve paneer alongside with herbed rice. Garnish with parsley and cherry tomato.
