Children of The Modern Family Agatha, Annalise, Theodore, Timothy Finkelstein-Chan Watercolor/Paper/collage 33x43 (2017) Agatha is 14; Theo is 11; Timothy is 7; Annalise is 4. Their mother is Jewish American Geriatric physician and their father is Catholic Chinese(Hong Kong)born Real Estate Entrepreneur. The parents met at Stamford, California school. They live in New York City and Old Greenwich Connecticut. The children are closely bonded doing life adventures together with their parents such as a recent trip to Yellowstone National park. They do art projects together and when I visited there were guitars of all sizes for each child and their mother doing music learning together. I was so impressed how each child spoke so directly about the love of their siblings and family and proud of their mixed heritage both spiritually and ethnically. When I met them in their home in Old Greenwich they all lined up at the door to greet me with big smiles of joy to be part of the project . My camera which I take for memory and video did not work but Theo immediately found a camera so I could continue my videos. He helped me mechanically to do my work and I was so appreciative and so were they all since they wanted to be a part of this project.
