Left Jaipur at 12:40 AM on a night bus, chasing peace and a sunrise in Udaipur 🌙✨. After an overnight journey through the heart of Rajasthan, I finally reached Surajpole, Udaipur around 8 AM — tired, but excited to explore the “City of Lakes.” My first stop was Lal Ghat, where I met a few amazing locals who instantly made me feel at home. They took me to try Udaipur’s famous kachori and poha, and trust me — that breakfast with a lake view hit different 😋☕. After that, I explored the calm and stunning Ambrai Ghat, soaking in the morning reflections of City Palace on Lake Pichola. Later, I walked down to Doodh Thalai, another peaceful spot where you can just sit back and feel the city breathe.
