In this video we present the BÜFA®-Conductive Tooling Gelcoat, a conductive mould making system for the composites industry. We are guests of vacopro in Germany, an innovative customer who builds moulds with BÜFA®-Conductive Tooling Gelcoat. Demoulding on conductive and non-conductive moulds in production will be demonstrated. The differences between conventional and the the BÜFA®-Conductive Tooling Gelcoat are clearly shown. By using the BÜFA®-Conductive Tooling Gelcoat, demoulding becomes easier and safer, as the static charge is eliminated. The mould can also be cleaned more easily due to the elimination of the static charge. Further advantages of the BÜFA®-Conductive Tooling System are also considerably reduced cycle times, higher-quality component surfaces and significantly increased cost-effectiveness due to the durability of the moulds.
