This mod adds a new solar system to Outer Wilds with it's own story to uncover. The mod took me 2:30 hours to beat, and was a lot of fun (except for a certain part, you'll see). Overall the team did a great job on making a new story that had the same spirit of the base game. The mod jam that just ended had the themes "hidden in plain sight" and "bigger on the inside" and you'll see that Hearth's Neighbour fit both themes nicely. Hearth's Neighbour also uses my Outer Wilds modding framework called New Horizons that offers tools for creating planets, characters, and more. It was really cool to see how they used it and I'm really happy to have played a part in getting this mod made. Best part of making tools for other modders to use is that I can help out without getting the story spoiled, and fully enjoy it when they release! Except when I have to fix all the bugs.
