This crank came in with the owner wanting the big end bearing inspected. As usual, I took readings of any runout at the mainshafts before splitting the crank, which in this case were exceptionally good for an Indian crank and it proved difficult to match these figures on reassembly, but I managed to get within 0.001" [one thou] of the overall figure, albeit with all of the runout on one side, rather than shared by both, as previously. The big end components and the oil pressure relief valve were all in very good shape, but I don't know what mileage had been covered by these components.
