Happy vacationers and tourists are picnicking in the parks. The eye and soul rest in the wonderful scenery of Merisatama. Boat beaches, Huvipurret and beach cafes and restaurants will not leave anyone cold. Carpeted terrace and archipelago scenery. The landscape of a summer day also includes electric scooters. We cycle around Ullanlinna and Punavuori streets and reach Iso Roobertinkatu. Roba's pedestrian street is fun from morning to night. Terraces, nightclubs and a relaxed atmosphere. We continue along Fredrikinkatu, (Freda) towards the idyllic Boulevard, with its numerous summer cafes. We cross Mannerheimintie and the green Esplanadi park awaits us. People gather here to drink and eat with the whole family and friends. There are stalls everywhere and there are many kinds of delicacies on offer. It's Helsinki Day at North esplanade a long dining table with a white tablecloth, where everyone has free access to a picnic to enjoy summer delicacies. In the afternoon, we bike towards the Helsinki Rautatientori metro station. We drive to the end station of the subway to Vuosaari. Vene rannat, huvipurret ja rantakahvilat sekä ravintolat eivät jätä ketään kylmäksi. Mattolaituri terassi ja saaristo maisema. Kesäpäivän maisemaan kuuluu myös sähköpotkulaudat. Pyöräilemme Ullanlinnan ja Punavuoren katuja kierrellen ja saavutaan Iso Roobertinkadulle. Roban kävelykadulla viihdytään aamusta iltaan. Terassit, yökerhot ja rento tunnelma. Jatkamme Fredrikinkatua, (Freda) kohti kaunista muistojen Bulevardia, lukuisine kesä kahviloineen. Ylitämme Mannerheimintien ja edessämme odottaa vihreä Esplanadin puisto. Tänne ihmiset kokoontuvat juomaan ja syömään koko perheen ja ystävien voimin. Myyntikojuja on kaikkialla ja herkkuja on tarjolla monenlaisia. Pohjois Esplanadilla on Helsinki-päivänä pitkä ruokapöytä valkoisella pöytäliinalla, jonne kaikilla on vapaa pääsy piknikille nauttimaan kesän herkuista. Iltapäivällä pyöräillään kohti Helsingin Rautatientorin metroasemaa. Ajamme metron pääteasemalle Vuosaareen.
