STAND UP FOR PITS 2019 HIGHLIGHTS

Stand Up For Pits events in 2019 raised $61,242.00 worth of much needed shelter supplies benefitting shelter animals nationwide. Stand Up For Pits events raised $76,477.00 for 501c3 nonprofits nationwide and helped place some their dogs into loving forever homes. Stand Up For Pits events provide opportunities to educate, advocate and raise the funds needed to spay and neuter 877 pit bull type dogs this year through SUFP’s Spay & Neuter ANGEL Day initiative. These amazing events allow the SUFP Foundation to also help with front line rescue efforts by providing Angel Grants to nonprofit organizations who take on high medical, neglect and abuse cases around the country. This year the Stand Up For Pits Foundation events made it possible to provide a $10,000.00 grant to cover the medical needed of 42 dogfighting survivors in Detroit and SUFP continues to fund and operate the Los Angeles dogfighting tip line. Stand Up For Pits events also allow the Stand Up For Pits Foundation to sponsor the care and medical needs for dogs like Braidy and Betty White in addition to providing a desperately needed $13,000.00 Angel Grant to our friends at the SPCLA which is being used to fight animal cruelty now and years to come. Thank you to everyone who attends Stand Up For Pits events, donates their time and talents and remains dedicated to helping pit bull type dogs. We are all in this together and there is much more work to be done. Next year is the 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY of Stand Up For Pits!!!
