Over the last 29 years, GTA games have always taken place in just 3 different places - the state of California, the Miami area in Southern Florida and New York City. While, these POI's carry significant cultural importance, the same goes for Chicago, IL. However, for some weird reason, The Windy City has never actually made it to even one of the many GTA titles. Why is that? What does Rockstar seem to have against Chicago? And might it still be possible that we will still get a GTA setting there, when even actors like Ned Luke call it "the perfect setting".
