The Frontside/Backside 5-0 Grind is a grind you do on your back truck. In principle, you’re grinding with 50 percent of your trucks. Hence the five (5) stands for the truck which is grinding and the zero (0), for the truck which is in the air. You have to lean back a little and keep your balance while grinding. For the FS/BS 5-0 it’s best to learn on a curb, and once you know how to do it you can bring it to the rails.
