TRACHEA: Grade-IIl tracheal stenosis at upper part, just below the vocal cord. CARINA: Normal and sharp. RIGHT LUNG: Structurally normal with thick mucus secretion. LEFT LUNG: Structurally normal with thick mucus secretion. BAL: Taken. IMPRESSION: Grade-III upper tracheal stenosis due to prolong ET intubation (Please see the description also).
