Procedure: Trachea Dilatation and Argon Plasma Coagulation (Bronchoscopy) Procedure: Argon Plasma Coagulation (Bronchoscopy) Indication Stridor followed by mechanical ventilation for last one month Medication: Under G/A ROUTE: Trans LMA FINDINGS: VOCAL CORD: Normal in motion and phonation. TRACHEA: Grade-IIl tracheal stenosis at upper part, just below the vocal cord. CARINA: Normal and sharp. RIGHT LUNG: Structurally normal with thick mucus secretion. LEFT LUNG: Structurally normal with thick mucus secretion. BAL: Taken. IMPRESSION: Grade-III upper tracheal stenosis due to prolong ET intubation (Please see the description also).
