The difference between marketing and selling is that marketing is basically lying while selling is basically telling the truth. Actors need to realize that they only need a few people on their side to have an acting career while trying to send out Mass marketing messages will only result in people knowing very little about them and having no real idea whether they are interested in them. Focus your efforts on getting face to face by being creative which essentially means allowing your true self to come out. You're thinking self is analytical and on Creative while your instincts are infinitely creative. Using your instincts just means being yourself and trusting yourself.
