It -I also use regular computer paper, known as bond paper, 90-100 grams, with laser toner, which gives better results than with ink jet printers. For CD Jackets, CD Digipaks, CD Slip Cases, Cassette Slip Cases, Vinyl Jackets, VHS Slip cases, CD Card Sleves: -I use shiny coated card stock with a thickness of 100 to 115 grams. For CD Labels, Cassette Labels, VHS Cassette Labels: -I use high gloss sticker paper, with a thickness of 80 microns. What are the actual measurements for the paper sizes: -A4: 29.72 cm x 21.08 cm -Letter: 27.94 cm x 21.59 cm -Legal: 35.56 cm x 21.59 cm -Tabloid: 27.94 cm x 43.18 cm -13x19: 48.26 cm x 33.02 cm What model/type of printer do you use: -I take my files to printer center. They have told me they use an epson printer, but did not provided the model for it. What software do you use? Adobe Photoshop 2025 What kind of ink do you print with: -I print with laser, with toner powder. What brand of contact paper you use: -KRYSTAL by JANEL, but it might not be available everywhere. What kind of craft knife do you use: -Hobby knife by x-acto (X-ACTO X3201) What brand of spray adhesive do you use: -Lovtite’s Multipurpose Repositionable/Dries Permanent spray adhesive Where do you get your CD cases, CD Trays, Cassette Cases, etc: -Mainly garage sales. Whenever I see a still sealed, good quality cd, cassette, VHS, digipak, take it home, remove the original content and save it from another project. -I also purchase new ones from eBay and aliexpress. Why don’t you show us how to design the actual images: -The tutorial is meant to show you how to design the label on the template and how to create it for physical media. I do not show how to design the actual artwork as I am not an expert designer. This is also an intermediate level tutorial, with previous know ledge on how to use photoshop. Where do you get the images: -I use google images and filter the results to showcase the higher quality images before. Also, depending on the project, I visit fan blogs; sometimes I find the images with the highest quality there. Is there an alternative to Photoshop -Yes, Photopea. It’s an online, free alternative to photoshop.
