This video is to provide proof that online bitcoin casinos like https://www.bitcoincasino.us and https://www.bitcoin.io are outright scams and should be avoided at all cost. During the video you’ll see that my balance will not increase after a winning combination and the balance that I leave the game with is different than what is on the main menu screen when I return. I’ve emailed this video and contacted their customer service team regarding it and i’m approaching business day 5 with no response. Management has given me the run around and even advised for me to give them the time and game log ids that this error occurs even when they clearly have a copy of the video and my betting history. I’ve provided this info on 4 different occasions already and they’re still advising that they need the same info over and over to restart their “review process”. This is not a game malfunction. After some research, Unregulated casinos like them will intentionally program their games to randomly not increase or decrease directly during a players game session. This causes 2 different things: limits the players available funds to gamble with (less favorable outcome) and forces the player to leave the game lessening his or her chances of hitting a break even sequence (bonus or free spins session that brings you back to your original balance).
