A Pennsylvania couple is facing felony child endangerment charges after allegedly forcing a young boy to live for months in a backyard shed without plumbing, access to regular food, or basic hygiene. Police say the child was exiled for “inappropriate behavior,” made to drink from a garden hose, use leaves instead of toilet paper, and pay for his own food — until he finally refused to return to the shed, prompting a violent confrontation with the man, a self-described bishop.
