I said I would revisit that topic later in the video, but I totally forgot to revisit it. What I forgot to say in the video is that the last two jackets that I show DO NOT have a flap which fastens either above or in front of the zipper. This causes a problem when you're travelling at 30+ miles per hour, as the zipper tends to slap both the front of your neck and the front of the helmet. It's painful and loud. A salesman at my local dealership gave me a solution. He told me, "Luke, just don't zip the jacket all the way up". I tried his solution, and it actually works! Now when I wear a jacket that lacks a fastener for the zipper, I always leave the zipper at least 2 inches from the top of the jacket. All I know is that I'll make sure that all of my future jacket will have fasteners for their zippers.
