Here is Early Recorded sound recording Pioneer Mr. George J. Gaskin, the Silver Voiced Irish Tenor, singing the Irish Classic Ballad, Killarney on a 1918 Pathe Record, his very final Recording. Gaskin was one of the most popular Recording artists of his time, beginning in the early 1890's and continuing to the early 1900's. He was brought out of obscurity one last time by the Pathe Phonograph Co. of New York, in 1918, to sing his Classic "Killarney". He passed away in 1920.
