In this episode of Off The Beaten Rack we're taking a look at The Creeps - specifically Issue #18 because it was the first copy I could get my grubby mitts on! There's some amazing work going on here, and a definite not so subtle homage to Warren Magazine magazines of yore like Eerie and yes, Creepy. Sporting a wicked Frank Frazetta cover this is an anthology series printed in black and white much along the same lines as the old EC new trend stuff (well, except the color but whatever!) and especially Warren stuff (which is likely why these guys call themselves Warrant Publishing). Take a few minutes with your Uncle Jerk as we thumb through the shadowy catacombs and page of The Creeps #18. It's not quite a review, it's not quite a synopsis - it just is.
