In "Loss For The Doctor" it would replace "Death of The Doctor" and actually be the story of "Turmoil of The Doctor" instead as there would be no need for a regeneration story, and the tardis would still be destroyed at the end of the episode. In "Revenge Of The Doctor" The Doctor would get a new tardis from UNIT, which would be much older and struggle more than The Doctor's original Tardis causing problems throughout the episode, but The Doctor would actually be able to defeat The Seeker (unlike in the other timeline where the Seeker successfully destroyed the universe and was defeated by the Revival Productions Minecraft Doctor). After this The Doctor would go into retirement.
