In this pure educational/opinion piece, we note that per the Case Summary Page, the Defense on May 20, 2025 filed a "Motion to Continue" along with a Motion for Leave to Exceed Page Limit. The Case Summary Page provides no details regarding what event Mr. Kohberger is seeking to continue with very few pre-trial matter deadlines left before voir dire.
