Having the midis as reference helps a lot, both in learning how to compose and also seeing how the instruments play. I purposefully kept to the main composition for this piece, focusing more on mixing and balancing of instruments to give my take on the piece, as the chords and melody are already perfect as is. This is by far, my favourite song in all of Black and White. Next up will be Legendary Battle! Vs. Reshiram/Zekrom/Kyurem and with that piece I will be taking more liberties with the actual melody. There will be a mix of covers and remixes for gen 5, as some pieces I feel I can add my own melodies without taking away, and others like Vs. Elite 4, and this piece, I feel they are already complete as is, and adding more would only take away. After the next piece, I think I might upload my own creation, I have an idea, but I'm not sure if it will pan out.
