Lately, I’ve been juggling a bit too much, to be honest, with so many things on my plate. I realized I need to slow down and take a moment to breathe. I even had to pause and reflect on what truly brings me a sense of slowness. That’s what inspired this video. I’ve also included a couple of handicraft projects in the video I’ve been working on—one is a traditional Finnish craft, and the other is a knitting project.
