Just update Your DJI Fly app and you will be able to disable it. With the New Firmware update, many people Including me faced this Problem --- (" Unable to take off(Code: 30064) ") Firmware update v01.00.0400. I believe that the problem is because of a feature in the new update which disables takeoff when GPS signal is less than 8 ( Indoors ) and there is no sufficient light. Added feature that disables takeoff when the GPS signal is weak (GPS less than 8) and the environment light is not sufficient. This feature can be disabled manually (requires DJI Fly v1.0.4 or later). AD* If you would like, You can apply for DJI CARE Refresh On your Mavic Mini Even after purchase to be more confident flying it.
