Unlike the naan dough which needs kneading, shaping and rolling, I have been making gluten free naans with thick batter like the pancakes. Trust me, it turns out like the 'real naan' which is crispy, chewy and has the charred effect. All you need to do is, combine Gluten Free All Purpose Flour with Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, salt and a tsp of yeast mixed with coconut milk to get the spongy naans.
