B Cup Pick & Place welding & Riser Pipe welding system

This system comprises of a 4 Axis Servo Manipulator for Picking up cups from their location, place them on the riser plate & stitch weld at 4 locations. Also to stitch weld the riser pipes at 4 locations. Special Features of this system MOST IMPORTANT FEATURE IS OF WELDING IN NARROW GAPS OTHERWISE MOST DIFFICULT FOR MANUAL WELDING. 1. The system has provision for keeping 17+17 = 34 cups or 3" or 14 Nos of 4 " on either side of the machine for picking up by the arm. 2. This machine can handle 2 different sizes of cups, namely 3" & 4" diameter. Also, their welding matrix is different. 3. Operator chooses the recipe containing the appropriate matrix, loads the job on the table & clamps the job. Also loads the cups in the pick up points. Indicates the Clamp position from HMI so that welding will not happen at clamping points. 4. Machine picks up the cups one after another, places at the appropriate position & stitch weld at 4 places AUTOMATICALLY. 5. In the same machine, the Riser Pipes are also welded. The Torch automatically goes to the specified position & makes 4 Nos of stitch welding. 6. All the Jobs are in Stainless Steel. The welding process is SS MIG. 7. Machine is Operator friendly.
