This right here is the start of a series where I'll be recording a proper playthrough of Project Purgatorio while also making sure to take my time, properly take in the environment, and read through any available lore entries. I really do love the contrast Rubicon provides to the Hell exploration facility, and among the tidbits of lore that we get, I think the most interesting things we learn is how Mount Purgatorio seems to repel any living humans that try to enter it, at least by the time the surviving Hell exploration team members make it there, and the implications that a counter to V1 was being developed here. If said counter machine doesn't end up being the boss of R-1, I'd be partway expecting it to be fought in Avarice given the wild west, duel vibes that Terrace has.
