Various of people buying food for iftar meal STORYLINE: Muslims in Pakistan’s city of Karachi broke their first fast on Thursday, the first day of Ramadan. Several charitable organizations and philanthropists made arrangements to offer free fast-breaking evening meal Iftar to needy and low-income people in various parts of the city. Hundreds were handed out the fast-breaking evening meal, Iftar at Karachi's mosque. “Shopkeepers of the markets donated funds for making arrangements of Iftar.
