Jacob Blake shooting: Kenosha DA says no charges against officer who shot Blake

On Tuesday Kenosha County District Attorney Michael Graveley announced his office will not file charges against white police officer Rusten Sheskey who shot Jacob Blake seven times, leaving him paralyzed. On August 23 Kenosha police officer Sheskey responded to a domestric dispute and fired at Blake as he was trying to get into his SUV while Blake's three young children were in the back seat. Wisconsin mobilized the National Guard and the Kenosha County Sheriff has declared a state of emergency ahead of a decision over the charges as protesters took to the streets.
