Welcome to the Raj Yoga meditation series. Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan® is a registered trademark of the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI). This video is shared for educational purposes and personal practice. My name is Utkarsh, currently going through KRI International Yoga Teacher training at Kitsilano Yoga West Studio, in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It's Feb 16th and today am sharing one of my favorite Yoga practices, a Meditation Kriya for cultivating the Neutral Mind. Here's why this is important: We have three functional Minds: Negative, Positive and Neutral (To be discussed in detail in upcoming meditation practices) So much of our mental fatigue comes from constant reaction. We worry. We anticipate. We replay. We brace. The Neutral Mind is the faculty that stands between impulse and reaction. It does not suppress emotion, and it does not exaggerate it. It observes. It evaluates. It responds with clarity. When the Neutral Mind is refined, something beautiful happens. Awareness turns inward. Remembrance deepens. You begin to experience what the yogic teachings call Naam Chit Aaveh—the steady remembrance of the Infinite within you. The Mantra used in this audio is Har Har Mukandey. Har Har Mukandey works because sound organizes attention. Organized attention allows the nervous system to safely let go. When attachment dissolves in a regulated way: clarity returns, emotional charge reduces, intuition becomes accessible again This mantra does not force change. It creates the internal conditions where change can complete itself.
