Stir this mixture together to macerate and set aside Pie crust: 150 grams of flour 125 grams cubed chilled butter Crumble the butter into the flour. This should a make crumbly dough. Add 2 tbsp sugar and 1/4 cup water. If the dough is too wet add more flour. Rest in the refrigerator for an hour. Roll out dough as thin as possible om parchment paper and place cherries in the center. Using the parchment paper roll up the dough, but leave cherries exposed.
