Transfer the chopped cabbage to a deep bowl.Cut 80g of fresh cucumber into strips. Transfer the sliced cucumber to the Chinese cabbage. Separate the whites from the yolks of 3 boiled eggs. Cut the whites into strips and add them to the chopped vegetables. Mash the yolks in a separate plate. Add black ground pepper and salt to taste to the yolks - mix. Finely chop 1 bunch of dill. Put dill to the yolks. Chop 1 clove of garlic into the sauce in any way. Add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise to the sauce - mix. Add 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds to the sauce - mix all the ingredients well. Pour 150g of canned green peas into the vegetables.Pour the dressing over the salad and mix all the ingredients well. If desired, garnish the salad with herbs and pomegranate seeds.
