Using pieces of drywall (gypsum board), we start by marking the first piece with the exact measurements needed for the ceiling curve. Then we cut it and use it as a template or reference to mark all the other pieces—this is very important so they all match perfectly and the curved drywall perimeter turns out clean and precise. Once all the pieces are cut, we install and screw an angle profile along the curved area, which will allow us to securely attach the drywall ceiling panel later on. Finally, we screw all the pieces into the curved perimeter we previously built, creating a strong and well-aligned base for a curved drywall ceiling.
